Excellent vintage for the #FranceIntotheVineyard Bloggers' Challenge and Contest on ca.france.fr

News

Montreal, September 24, 2018 - At the time of the wine harvest in France, Atout France, Air France, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Tourism and Occitanie Sud de France Tourism roll out the #FranceIntotheVineyard Bloggers Challenge and Contest campaign, which runs until October 12. This digital campaign aims to renew the image of wine tourism travel and highlight key appellations - Beaujolais, Côtes du Rhône and Cahors Malbec - from two regions of France famous for their astonishing diversity of vineyards and grape varieties: Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and Occitanie Sud de France.

Launched on September 12 with the revelation at the Air France lounge of the destinations each blogger would visit, their trip has resulted in more than 200 social media publications to date. Bloggers Eve Martel (Tellement Swell), Jeff Frenette (Jeff on the Road), Benoît Lefevre (Vino2Travel) and Stephanie White (StephanieWhiteTravels) obviously loved their program, filled with exceptional tastings, strolls in spectacular vineyards, discovery of the art of winemaking and fine dining. Back in Canada today, they will sign articles on their favorites, on their own channels as well as on ca.france.fr. Already, many publications allow the public to be inspired and vote for their favorite #FranceIntotheVineyard destination for a chance to win a trip for two to France on the theme of wine tourism. The contest ends October 12.

Contest #FranceIntotheVineyard: a wine tourism trip for two to win! The partners invite Canadians to register to the contest, whose prize is a dream wine tourism trip for two to France, including: - Two Air France tickets from Montreal or Toronto to Lyon and Toulouse - A 4-day Gastronomy and Wine Cruise on the Saône and Rhône rivers with Croisieurope - A two-night stay and a two-day car rental to visit the vineyards of Cahors Malbec in Occitanie Sud de France.

Atout France would like to thank all the partners who made the #FranceIntotheVineyard campaign and contest possible: Air France, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Tourisme, Occitanie Sud de France Tourism, CroisiEurope, Mywebspot, and the Vinis Illustribus cellar in Paris.
